Experience

My experience ranges from working as a Marketing Coordinator for Enrollment Services at the University of North Florida and mentoring a team of 15-30 designers at Web.com before joining the team at Regency Centers.

I’ve worked to integrate the community, marketing, and design into everything I do. I have been fortunate to have opportunities with amazing people and organizations that have shaped my growth personally and professionally.

At Regency Centers, my primary responsibility is collaborating with our 60+ dealmakers nationwide to provide marketing support on leasing goals and investment initiatives — which involves more than 480 operating properties totaling 60 million square feet. I am lucky to collaborate with amazing dealmakers to influence and shape communities, like partnering to help bring REI Co-Op to Mount Pleasant, SC. One of my favorite projects has been working directly on a promotional video for The Abbot in Cambridge, MA.

My desire to push the industry further led me to partner with IT to develop a data-driven search tool to support the increase in vacancies from COVID-19 closures. In 2022, Regency Centers brought home a Gold ICSC MAXI Award in the Innovation category for this initiative.

Outside of dealmaking, I serve on an innovation taskforce to vet tools and develop processes for company-wide adoption. I’ve developed a marketing internship program to demonstrate the need for additional staff and successfully expanded my role to a team.
