At Regency Centers, I spearhead and implement marketing to support leasing for 420+ operating properties totaling 57 million square feet nationwide. Regency Centers is the preeminent national owner, operator, and developer for grocery-anchored centers strategically placed in dense affluent trade areas.
In my day-to-day, I consult and collaborate with 20+ dealmakers to support leasing efforts and manage marketing tactics. This includes designing leasing collateral such as flyers, brochures, direct mail, invitations, retailer books, and signage.
On the marketing side, I’ve been able to collaborate with well-versed market research team to create strategic material and unique ideas and/or sales tools to support leasing.
I also oversee all B2B email marketing including the strategy, design, analysis and development of a national broker database within HubSpot.
